We strive to ship all orders within 1-2 business days of receipt of order. If Overnight shipping is selected for an order placed before 2 pm ET, the order will ship the same day; if the order is placed after 2pm ET, the order will ship the following day. If Overnight shipping is selected for an order placed on a Friday, please be advised that your package will not be shipped until Monday. Due to payment type and the company's approval procedures, there could be a delay in shipping your order if the billing information is inaccurate, if your billing and shipping addresses are different, or for any other reason that the payment company's approval process is triggered. Our goal is to process and ship your order within 1-2 days of receipt. A tracking number will be emailed to you when your order ships. This tracking number will allow you to check on the delivery status of your order.

Please do not refuse any delivery. Refused deliveries will incur the cost of the original delivery plus the return cost. All refused packages will be treated as a return. Any refund made will be minus the total delivery and return costs in the case of refused deliveries.
Once shipped, orders should take anywhere from 1-7 business days to arrive depending on the service selected and area you live in.

We’re sorry things didn’t work out! We will gladly refund or exchange your order within 30 days from the day you receive your item. If you would like to return or exchange any items please email firstname.lastname@example.org & we will issue a Return Authorization & detailed instructions within 2-3 business days.
Please provide a proof of purchase or order number with your return or exchange request & allow 5 business days from shipment for the return to arrive and your refund or exchange to process.
